Leahi Hospital offers Bed Hold to residents who are discharged to an acute or extended care facility from Leahi. If the resident or their responsible party requests that a bed be held, the Bed Hold Agreement, which requires payments, must be signed within 24 hours when notified of discharge and Nursing or Business Office notified. The payment rates will be the daily room rate for the room/bed rate and level of care prior to discharge.
